Product tests
Sometimes products need to be tested in the last minute, the results are required within a short time frame. As we are using standard questionnaire elements, which are proofed to be effective in several studies, we can develop your questionnaire short-term. This saves critical time in the overall project schedule. In addition you can use the results of the standard questionnaire elements for benchmarking in follow-up studies.
But of course we are also flexible to work with your internal standards and develop you individual design and questionnaire.
A comprehensible and meaningful report is important for us and therefore we concentrate on your key questions. For each project we prepare a marketing report, which contains the main results in form of charts as well as a verbal management summary which explains and interprets the main findings. We also add our recommendation based on the research findings.
We conduct product tests in all common varieties:

each respondents assesses only one product. |
| semi-monadic |
each respondents assesses two or more products one after the other. The order of the products is rotated between the respondents. |
| comparative test |
each respondent sees all testproducts at the same time and assesses them in parallel. |
| in hall test |
'clinical situation': respondents are recruited on the street and interviews in a central location test studio. |
| in-home-test |
'biotic / quasi-biotic situation': Respondents are recruited representatively or according to defined quota and the interview takes place at the respondents home in their used and natural environment. |
| extended in-home test |
'biotic situation': Respondents are recruited representatively or according to defined quota and test the product in their usual environment under natural circumstances over a longer time-period. |
| Blind-Test |
Respondents see all products (testproduct and competitive products) unbranded. Therewith the influence of the brand awareness and brand image can be eliminated from the product assessment. |
