Untiedt Research was founded with the aim, to support and relieve the strain of the research departments within companies. As a service institute we see ourselves therefore mainly as problem solver.

This means concretely: You brief us on your information problem and we tell you, how we can solve this problem for you

Our solution proposals contain:

  • the research design
  • an outline of the output (how it will look like)
  • the timing required
  • the costs

For the project handling we see ourselves as real marketing research service, which means: We solve your problems and do not generate additional problems while managing the project for you. Although this seems to be self-evident, we know from our own long-term experience on the client side of marketing research, that research suppliers often generate additional problems during the project handling.

We know the bottlenecks within the company internal research departments pretty well:

  • not enough manpower
  • often very short deadlines
  • many small surveys with accordingly low budgets

Here we can help you with our real full-service approach. We take care of the whole study management starting with the conception until the final presentation of the results, but of course always in tune with our client.

As output you will receive answers on your questions and not pure data dump.
